Publish isn't happening ... no errors in logs

I have the wcmqs site working for the editorial site no problem, but when i publish (go to index.html, start workflow, publish section….. go to task, approve…) nothing happens, there is no publishing done and no errors in the logs.

Not sure where to go from here…
