I follow the community and I'm starting with Alfresco. One question: can you tell me what is the default password (that is, when you install the package 4 with the installer and Postgres) Postgres DB?
And 'perhaps the password you use for the administrator?

Hi,
I installed Alfresco Community 4.0.d on my DEV environment, and I found an alfresco user with pwd admin. Try with this.
In order to manage PostGre I would suggest to use pgAdmin which can be found here http://www.pgadmin.org/
Try to establish a connection with the credentials (alfresco/admin)
