Page changes require server restart?

When I edit any of the files in pages directory, example pages/homepage.xml , I don't see any changes until I do a server restart. This is very inconvenient to say the least.

Is there some cache setting somewhere that I am missing?

I'm using 3.4e

I'm using 3.4e

Try changing the setting in file "wcmqs.properties":

#
# WCM QS configuration properties
#
quickstart.http.cache.defaultExpiry=300000‍‍‍‍

By default it is set to 300s alias 5 minutes.
