Community 3.5.a experiences and questions

Thanks for giving us a new nightly to play with.

Tried 3.5.a out and found the following errors/bugs:
1. License check every 5 min generates entry in log. Maybe a bit too much?

13:28:44,822 INFO  [org.alfresco.web.site.EditionInterceptor] Unable to retrieve License information from Alfresco: 500‍

2. Keeps complaining about guest login not supported, even thoug I'm logged is as admin. Every time when I click on something the following error is given in the log:

13:28:44,802 ERROR [org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.AbstractRuntime] Exception from executeScript - redirecting to status template error: 03200978 Guest authentication not supported

3. Creating user takes a long time, but succeeds in the end.
4. Invitation doesn't work. Not for users that already exist nor for new (external) users: "Please wait" is shown for a ling time, then there is "0 success, 1 error". Works fine on 3.4.e on the same machine with the same alfresco-global.properties.
5. The really annoying and critical PDF bug (ALF-7893) is still not solved in this version
6. When creating a new site, the URL isn't automatically generated, as was announced. Nothing is filled in, the OK-button stays grey until I fill in the URL.


On the plus side:
- The new DocLib looks great
- Drag and drop works very well
- I like the "like" feature
- It's nice to be able to easily change the Logo on the top-left


Is there an upgrade path from 3.4.d/e to 3.5.a-nightly, and will there be one for 3.5.a-nightly to 3.5.a-final?

I can't login to share on 3.5 all I get is a screen on top of the login saying login failed ('something along the lines') I also get

[web.site.EditionInterceptor] Unable to retrieve License information from Alfresco: 500‍

everytime I am trying to login. BTW I can only not login on a server that runs alfresco 3.5a against postgres. with mysql there seems to be no problem. I need to look a bit more into the issue since postgress is on a remote server directly connected to the internet whereas the mysql installation is on my local machine.
