Are you on an Enterprise SP1 or Community?
What are the upgrade details for that server?
Have you tried using a more recent release of Alfresco?

18:25:27,775 Userystem ERROR [repo.domain.NodePropertyValue] Unknown property
actual type ordinal number: 21

It is almost as if you are running Alfresco against a version of the database that is greater than the code base. I can't think of any reason why the type ordinal number would not otherwise be recognised. Hence I ask again: What is the upgrade history of the server.

As I said before, I think that your server code version is older than your data version. Contact support (since you're on Enterprise) to validate your installation.
Please post the details of <tomcat>/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/version.properties.
