failed installation of 4.c

I have been trying to setup Alfresco Community 4.c (64 bit) on a fresh installation of Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit). I get an error during the installation of the PostgreSQL database. The error that I receive is "error running initdb.exe -U SYSTEM -E UTF8 -D" Program ended with an error. If I try to rerun the installation program I receive the same error. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.

i solved the issue. I changed the security rights to everyone full control on installation directory c:\alfresco.

no security but functionality!!!!
