my workflow is missing, when complete

Hello, when i started in share new workflow (adhoc), after his completion it's missing. I can't find it in menu More\Workflow I`ve Started…(All). And user who perform this workflow also can't find it in menu More…\My Tasks. Where i can find it??? Big thanks!
