Hello,

Is there anyone using alfresco right now with a swedish language pack?.
If that is the case, how do I get a hold of it?

Regards

Have you been translating the whole system to swedish?
(Har ni översatt hela systemet till Svenska eller?)

Nej, jag sitter och utvärderar systemet för en potentiell kund så vi är lika nya. Men jag vet inte hur man tänkt sig översättningar.
Skall man ha generella översättningar (Space blir väl utrymme då, eller?) eller ska man skapa översättningar som har att göra med den bransch man jobbar i. Systemet begränsar dig inte.

Man får nog tänka till innan man översätter systemet.

Translation:
No, I'm evalutating the system for a potential customer so we're as new at this as you are. But I'm not sure howto handle translations.
Is the idea that you should have general translations (i.e Space == area, or something) or should you translate the system for the specific business you are working in. Atleast the system doesn't limit you.

I'd guess you'd better think awhile before doing a translation.

Jo det är sant men jag känner att det vore bra att fÃ¥ en generell översättning som bas att stÃ¥ för systemet. Det kan liksom aldrig vara fel och har man väl gjort en sÃ¥n är det bÃ¥de lättare att översätta nya versioner liksom att göra anpassningar. Att fÃ¥ en generell översättning av Web_client känns väl som en bra start…?

Thats true but I also think it is good to have a generic translation as a foundation for all Swedish usage of the system. To me that can never be wrong to have (for the community) and it makes it easier both to translate both new versions as well as branchaspecific customizations. Having a generic translation of Web_client seems like a good start…right?

Jag har registrerat ett svensk översättningsprojekt på Alfresco Forge. Väntar bara på att det ska bli godkännt.

I've registred a Swedish Language Pack project on Alfresco Forge. Now I'm waiting for approval.
