nodes not appearing in new space?

I created a new space:

      
FileInfo fileInfo = this.fileFolderService.create(companyHome, name, ContentModel.TYPE_FOLDER);‍‍

I then created a new node:

newSpace= fileInfo.getNodeRef();
fileInfo = this.fileFolderService.create(newSpace, nodeName, ContentModel.TYPE_CONTENT);
‍‍‍‍

but the new nodes are not appearing in the new folder.  Why?

just tested the same code works great.

tested from dialog.

check if there are 2 pages that is only I can think of .
