There is almost no documentation (JavaDoc) on your code.

I'd be interested in the reasoning of that. - On one side, there must be a high pressure on you, on another side, there are end-users who are trying to understand the concepts. And that's hard when there is no documentation on impacts, concepts and such. - Just reading the source code is too low-level for an understanding.
