[RESOLVED][WINDOWS] Alfresco port 8080 already in use

When I'm installing alfersco in french and on windows xp. The really first time I used it, all was good. But after the second, I cannot have the share page login, I had the error stack Unable to retrieve site-index (blablabla).
So Itried to reinstall and alfresco told me my 8080 port is already in use !! But nothing is on 8080 port as I had seen with netstat -a command. So now after many reinstallation tomcat don't start anymore and I even haven't alfresco anymore.

Is someone already encountered my problem, please ?

I found what was due to, AVG is listnening on the 18080 port but it's not the same !!? No the problem of tomcat startup persists. I've reinstalled a lot of times and manually drop the alfresco directory but nothing. I tried to start manually in C:\Alfresco\tomcat\bin\startup.bat. But some errors occuered.
Help me to retrieve an normal environnement to install alfresco please.
