Win32NetBIOS error

Hi,
We have installed Alfresco Tomcat CE 3.2r2 on Windows 2003 Server SP2, Tomcat 6.0.18, jdk 1.6.0_17 and MySql 5.1.35.
Every time when Alfresco starts, after a few minutes I get the error below in tomcat shell and everything stops working. The only thing I can do is to restart the server.

My Win32NetBIOS.dll and Win32Utils.dll are in Alfresco\bin folder.
Is this a bug? I tried to install it several times with the same result.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hello,
I found where the problem was. The server was not configured right: NetBIOS settings was disabled, I don't know why.
When I enable it, everything works fine.
