Hi,
On alfresco ce 3.2/3.3
I've read many posts about chaning the invite email. So I've first changed the invite-email.ftl. then I first tried to set the workflowBootstrap section of bootstrap=context.xml:

<props>
<prop key="engineId">jbpm</prop>
<prop key="location">alfresco/workflow/invitation-nominated_processdefinition.xml</prop>
<prop key="mimetype">text/xml</prop>
<prop key="redeploy">true</prop>
</props>‍‍‍‍‍‍

Still the old email. Than I tried it with the worflow console: http://alf:8080/alfresco/faces/jsp/admin/workflow-console.jsp

redeploy alfresco/workflow/invitation-nominated_processdefinition.xml ‍

After that when I say "

show workflows all‍

", I see that the new invites are having v2/v3. But still the same messages.

Can someone give me a hint what I'm doing wrong.

Many thanks,

The invitation template is bootstrapped into the repository.

Once loaded you need to change it on-line in the data dictionary.
