I don't know if i am in the right section, but I have a question about creating a new rule.
This rule has to permit creating or uploading content and deny creating new spaces. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance!

You would not permit or deny content based on a rule, you would use roles and permissions. You would also not use a rule to prohibit creating new spaces. Take a look (in the Alfresco interface at the permissions on the Company Home… remove the "EVERYONE" group, and then create a new group and put people in there. You'll need to do some experimenting, but altering I was able to remove the ability to create a site from everyone.
