Different theme for different usergroups

yogesh_prabhu

Hi,

Can we have a different theme for different usergroups??

For example: default theme for admin, green theme for user and so on..

Where can we specify this condition?? can we specify it in a properties file..??

Since we cannot select a theme in alfresco 3.3, i just thought of an idea to code it..

Any kind of suggestions are welcome..

Thanks..

As far as 3.3 is concerned, I think theme settings are global.
You have themes on the Admin Console with 3.3.
Its a nice feature to have.

Hi Ssaravanan,

Thanks for your reply..

Yes, through alfresco share, i am able to change my theme..

But, i wanted atheme in Alfresco Web Client..which does not have a theme settings..

Is there a way to change the theme in Web Client too..?

I am able to change the color of the existing theme by changing the css file..

But i want to create a complete new theme..say "mytheme" and then apply it to different usergroups..

Is it possible..??
