How to get custome aspect?

I have defined a custom aspect:

   <aspects>

      <aspect name="custom:TickerDetails">
         <title>Ticker Details</title>
         <properties>
            <property name="custom:Ticker">
               <title>Ticker</title>
               <type>d:text</type>   
            </property>
         </properties>
      </aspect>
   </aspects>

how to get the custom aspect name and value of a document by alfresco web services api?

Even I tried to find the same thing using webservice, but I couldn't get it.

I have done using JCR and exposed servlet for interacting with JCR.

Probably you can use the same approach.
