Estamos empezando a usar este gestor... Lo que necesitamos hacer es bloquear la descarga de los documentos, de alguna forma se puede realizar eso???

No es algo sencillo de realizar.
Quizá la forma más elegante sea ésta: Add “CanDownload” Permission in Alfresco Community 4.2.x | Arku
Aunque hay que realizar diferentes modificaciones en repo y share.
