PostgreSQL and login case sensitivity

Hello everyone.
My another problem is that same logins in different case creates new users in Alfresco (Alfresco Labs 3Final, NTLM auth, AD sync). I read at forum and issue-tracker how to deal with it on MySQL (something about setting collation property upon database creation). But what about PostgreSQL? Did anybody solved it?

I`ve transfered my test environment from PostgreSQL to MySQL with the same config files (except db related properties of course). Everything working fine - without login case sensitivity related issues…
Could anything be done to avoid case sensitivity related troubles with PostgreSQL? Should I report this issue to bugtracker?
