This page explains where to access the various versions of Alfresco.
Alfresco Community Edition provides robust document management capabilities in a single-server environment that is suitable for adoption by teams and departments that do not need support from Alfresco.
The latest version of Alfresco Community Edition labeled Generally Available (GA) can be downloaded here:
http://www.alfresco.com/products/community/download
Installation instructions are here:
https://docs.alfresco.com/community/concepts/master-deploy.html
Alfresco Content Services is a scalable document management solution designed for large, mission critical, enterprise use cases.
The Alfresco Content Services trial can be downloaded here:

Early Access (EA) releases of Alfresco Community Edition give access to the latest features. EA releases have not been as thoroughly tested as GA releases, but can be useful for previewing the upcoming GA release and providing feedback in the ALF project at the Alfresco issue tracker.
EA releases are tagged as early access releases.
The latest changes to the product can been tested in the Nightly Community Build.
Do we need to add a link to a page for latest Early Access download file list ?
For example, using search, I managed to find Community file list 201606-EA but I couldn't find an equivalent page for "Community file list 201609-EA".
In the meantime, you can find the 201609-EA downloads here:
Alfresco Community Edition - Browse /Alfresco 201609-EA Community at SourceForge.net
I have a quick video for those who needs to install Activiti on Tomcat and OracleDB
I added a link to the list of pages tagged as Early Access Releases.
It would be best to share your video in the space dedicated to .
