I would like to enable language selection on each page. Any suggestion how this can be done?

The language can be changed dynamically for a user so yes this is possible. You simple need to copy the JSF code from the login.jsp page for the language drop-down into one of the JSPs for the main page. I would probably insert it into the jsp/parts/titlebar.jsp page - then when the user selects a language from the drop-down it will refresh the page and the labels will update.

I am running alfresco 5.0.d version. It does not have any language drop down to chamge the language at Login Page.
