Si estas trabajando con la versión Community me temo que no es posible (por defecto) :

Alfresco Community can be run against MySQL and PostgreSQL. Alfresco Enterprise supports Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, as well MySQL and PostgreSQL. In addition, the Enterprise version can also be evaluated and tested with DB2 although this is not currently a supported stack

Ok,que pensaba usar la version enterprise, pero para hacer pruebas de configuracion creia que era suficiente la comunity.

Me bajare la version de prueba.
