Where is the content expiry aspect?

I am new to alfresco and i am working with 2.2.9 devlopers build.Although i could find the java beans and the xml coding regarding content expiry i am not able to find it on the ui.Is it in a patch.How can i make it working.Thanks a million for any help.

I got the expiry aspect in WCM

But my problem is that i want to add the content expiry aspect to all spaces and indivisual content. I know i have to do some coding. Is is possible to plugin this content expiry aspect to all the space and content items. If so please give me some suggestions regarding the approach to it and any documentation or example available
