Is there a way to create a link/button in my freemarker template(custom view) that triggers the advanced space template and fill in certain options(like base on template and pick the right template automaticaly)

I've tried a link that triggers javascript. this javascript makes a space and within that space it makes also three spaces.
Everything is working, except that I want to give the top space a name the user want. So there should be a sort of inputbox, but it seems alfresco doenst support this.

So anyone know another way?

Hi,

The Office Add-in webscripts have a very similar function to what I think you're trying to achieve.

Have a look at (remembering to log-in as admin when prompted)

http://<server>/alfresco/service/script/org/alfresco/office/docActions.get‍

which is called from

http://<server>/alfresco/service/script/org/alfresco/office/navigation.get‍
