Hay varios errores en el log que pueden motivar que Alfresco no esté funcionando:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: could not extend file "base/16385/16616": No space left on device

La unidad de almacenamiento para base de datos se ha quedado sin espacio.

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

La base de datos está caída.

Quizá sería más útil que aportases una traza limpia de un re-inicio de Alfresco.
